These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wristraw.com and any purchase you make from Wristraw, Inc. ("wristraw," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
For information on how we collect and use personal data, see our Privacy Notice — that document covers privacy specifically, while these Terms cover the rules of using the site and buying our products.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We work hard to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can happen — if we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel at no cost. Product availability, including colors and finishes, may be limited and isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud, error, or a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer or household. Payment is processed at checkout through our third-party payment provider; by submitting payment, you represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
Products marked as preorders are not in stock when you buy them. By placing a preorder you authorize Wristraw, Inc. to charge the full purchase price, including shipping and any applicable sales tax, at the time the order is placed. The estimated ship window shown on the product page, at checkout and in your confirmation is an estimate based on manufacturing and transit times that are partly outside our control; it is not a guaranteed delivery date. If the estimated ship window moves, we will notify you by email at the address on your order. You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships (until we generate its shipping label) by replying to your confirmation email or writing to support@wristraw.com. If you cancel for your own reasons, we will refund the total you paid minus the payment processing fee, which our payment provider does not return to us, where permitted by the payment method (Klarna orders are refunded in full). If we cannot ship by the estimated date, we will email you a delay notice with the new estimated date and your right to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel because of the delay, or we cancel your order because we do not receive your agreement to it, we will refund the full amount, including shipping and that fee, to your original payment method, never as store credit (subject to the Affirm and Klarna refund windows in Section 5A). A preorder cancelled before it ships is refunded within 7 to 10 business days of your cancellation. A color or size change before the order ships is an exchange, with no fee. If a color is out of stock, we substitute it only with your consent; otherwise we refund the order. Preordered products may differ from the images shown in minor details such as packaging or finish tone; if we make a change that affects the product's function or materials, we will tell you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund. Once a preorder ships, our standard return policy applies.
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and Defective on Arrival claims are governed by our Return Policy, including its packaging, sealed-item, and fraud-prevention terms. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
wristraw is sold for personal use. We do not accept resale or business (B2B) purchases. The price you pay is the price at checkout, and we do not adjust prices after purchase. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. wristraw is made of 304 and 304L stainless steel, a titanium clasp and silicone; check the materials before buying if you have allergies.
The Pair and The Crew are cancelled and returned as a whole pack, never one unit at a time, and the accessory included with the pack goes back with it or there is no refund. If you paid with an installment provider such as Affirm or Klarna, a color or size change within our Return Policy is a direct exchange, and a defective product is replaced. Installments still pending with the provider follow your own contract with them.
Orders paid with Affirm can be refunded only within 120 days of the original purchase, and orders paid with Klarna only within 180 days, because those are the windows those providers allow. After that window the payment cannot be returned through that method and no refund is issued. This limit applies only to orders paid with Affirm or Klarna. Orders paid by card are not subject to it and follow the cancellation and return terms above.
Preorders. A preorder is estimated to ship January–February 2027. That date is an estimate, not a guarantee. If it moves, we'll let you know by email. You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships. If you cancel for your own reasons, we refund your total minus the payment processing fee. If the date moved and you cancel because of it, the refund is full. Once your order is delivered, returns and exchanges follow our Return Policy.
The wristraw name, isologo, product design, packaging, photography, the Wris character, and all site content are the property of Wristraw, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the site's security or performance; scrape or harvest data from the site without permission; or impersonate any person or entity in connection with an order.
The Ask wristraw assistant is powered by AI and can be wrong. Treat its answers as general help, not as a promise. Prices, availability, shipping and the terms of your order are the ones shown on our published pages: the product page, checkout, these Terms, the Return Policy and the Shipping Policy. If the assistant says something different, the published page controls. For anything important, write us at support@wristraw.com. Please don't enter payment details or other sensitive information in the chat. Our Privacy Notice explains how chats are handled.
Except for what's expressly stated in our Return Policy (including the Defective on Arrival section), wristraw products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section limits any warranty rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wristraw, Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from your order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Wristraw, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
If you have a concern about an order, please contact us at support@wristraw.com before filing a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues are resolved faster this way. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest it with evidence (order records, tracking, delivery confirmation, and correspondence) and to decline future orders from the account or payment method involved, consistent with our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit or suspend access to the site for any account or individual we reasonably believe has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused our policies, including our Return Policy.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased from Wristraw, Inc. ("wristraw," "we," "us") are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution First. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@wristraw.com with a written description of your dispute and give us 30 days to work with you to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
13.3 Binding Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and wristraw agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product or service provided by wristraw shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in San Diego County, California, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If arbitrating in person would be a hardship for you, you may participate by phone or video conference, or the arbitration may be conducted in your county of residence if JAMS rules so permit.
13.4 Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
13.5 Class Action Waiver. YOU AND WRISTRAW INC. EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim (and only that claim) shall proceed in court, and all remaining claims shall proceed in arbitration.
13.6 30-Day Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by emailing support@wristraw.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and order email. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
13.7 Costs. Payment of JAMS filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the JAMS rules, including its Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards where applicable.
13.8 Severability. Except as stated in Section 13.5, if any part of this Section 13 is found unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
