In this policy:
Preorders. wristraw is open for preorder, and preordered orders are estimated to ship January–February 2027. That is an estimate, not a promise of a specific day. We email you when your order ships, and before that if the date moves.
In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can cancel a preorder before it ships, until we generate its shipping label. Email us at support@wristraw.com with your order number. If you cancel for your own reasons, we refund your total minus the payment processing fee that our payment provider does not return to us, where permitted by the payment method. If we move the estimated ship date and you cancel because of that change, we refund the full amount, shipping included. A preorder cancelled before it ships is refunded within 7 to 10 business days of your cancellation.
Once the shipping label is generated we can no longer cancel the order, and once it has shipped we can no longer modify it, but our return policy has you covered.

On orders over $80, standard shipping is free and expedited costs only the difference between the two rates, $8.00. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are $10.95 on every order.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed. Estimates are provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed — weather, customs, and peak seasons can add time. Expedited delivery counts from dispatch: preorders leave in the same batch, so expedited speeds up the trip, not the ship date.
If a return takes an order that got free shipping on orders over $80 below $80, we deduct the standard shipping cost from the refund.
This applies once international shipping opens. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. If a package is refused or goes unclaimed at customs and is returned to us, we can reship it once the return arrives — reshipping costs will be invoiced before we send it out again.
You can change your shipping address until we generate the shipping label. Please double-check it at checkout: we're not able to recover packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, and reshipping a package sent to a wrong address is at your cost. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping fees apply) or a refund of the product price (original shipping is non-refundable).
We do not ship to freight-forwarding or package-redirecting services, or to addresses outside the United States. An order placed with one is cancelled and refunded. Our warranty does not cover products shipped through third-party forwarders.
If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, or your wristraw arrives damaged, contact us at support@wristraw.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and make it right — that's the whole point of "Always With You."
If a package is lost before delivery, we replace it or refund it. If tracking says delivered but the package was stolen, send your claim within 7 days of the delivery date and we will review it with the carrier.
