Return Policy

The Short Version

If your wristraw isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — unused, in its original packaging — for a full refund of the product price. Exchanges (size or color) ship free. We'd rather you love it than keep it.

Eligibility

Because wristraw is a drinking product that comes into contact with your mouth, hygiene rules are strict — for everyone's protection:

• Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging, with all components included (straw, case, cap, clasp, cleaning brush).
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Items marked final sale, promotional items, and gift-with-purchase items are not refundable.
• Products purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned through that retailer, under their policy.
• Products shipped through freight-forwarding services are not eligible for return or warranty coverage.

Used items cannot be restocked or resold and will not be refunded. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us first — we're reasonable people.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and the return address within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping for refunds is the customer's responsibility. Return shipping for exchanges is on us.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return arrives used, damaged, incomplete, or outside the 30-day window, it won't be eligible for a refund — we'll contact you with options.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Different color calling your name? Exchanges are free — we cover the return label and the outbound shipping on the replacement. Email [email protected] and we'll set it up. (Tip: the size guide on every product page shows S / M / L by wrist measurement.)

Warranty — Separate From Returns

Returns are for "it's not for me." Warranty is for "something's wrong with it." If your wristraw has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal, reasonable use, that's covered under our 1-year limited warranty regardless of the 30-day return window. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll repair or replace it. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or loss of straw components.

Kickstarter Rewards

Kickstarter pledges are contributions to bring wristraw to life, governed by Kickstarter's Terms of Use and our campaign page — the standard 30-day return policy above doesn't apply to rewards. That said, if your reward arrives defective or damaged, the Warranty section applies in full: we'll make it right.
