A bracelet that is actually useful
Most bracelets that promise to do something ask for something back. A fitness band needs charging. A medical ID is for a day you hope never comes. A paracord bracelet works once, and then it's rope. wristraw is a bracelet with one job it does every day: there's a straw inside.
Is there a bracelet that is actually useful?
This one is. From the outside it's a slim silicone bracelet with Silver or Gold hardware. From the inside it's a food-grade stainless steel straw you carry without carrying anything. Take it off, turn the cap, pull the straw out, bend it where you need it, and drink. Rinse it, slide it back in, and it's a bracelet again.
Where did the idea come from?
Nobody forgets to wear their bracelet. You put it on in the morning, it goes with whatever you're wearing, and it stays there without a second thought. That's the part we borrowed. We kept leaving our reusable straws at home, and it turned out the problem was never the straw. It was that a straw isn't designed to be worn. So we designed one that is.
Can you wear it every day?
That is what it's for. The band is BPA-free silicone with an ergonomic shape that feels the same after twelve hours as it did in the morning. The clasp is titanium, chosen because its flexible arms need exactly that give. The straw and every metal end of the case are the same food-grade stainless steel, in Silver or Gold to match the clasp.
Is it waterproof?
It's water-resistant. Pool, beach, gym, and a rainy walk are all fine. Rinse it afterwards like you would any bracelet you swim in.
What took three years?
A metal straw that bends without kinking, cleans in seconds, sips like a normal straw, and carries itself. That was the hard part, and it took more prototypes than we'd like to admit before one did all four. Then we designed the band that holds it and the twist-and-lock cap that keeps it in place.
What is it made of?
Food-grade stainless steel for the straw and the metal ends of the case, BPA-free silicone for the band, and titanium for the clasp. Five band colors: Teal, Onyx, Ivory, Stone Taupe, and Clay.
How do you clean it?
Rinse the straw after use and run the cleaning brush through it when you get home. The full routine is in our cleaning guide.
Does it work with hot drinks?
Yes. Coffee, tea, smoothies, and anything with ice. The moment it earns its place is the one nobody plans for: the drink arrives, there's no straw, and you already have one on your wrist.
