Orders and Preorders

wristraw is open for preorder. Here is how shipping, charges and cancelling work.

When will my wristraw ship?

Orders are estimated to ship January–February 2027. That is an estimate, so we do not promise a firmer date. We email you when your order ships, and before that if the date moves. If it moves and you would rather not wait, reply to your confirmation email and we refund the full amount.

When am I charged?

Today. Your total, including shipping, is charged when you place the order.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping in the 48 contiguous states is $6.95 and arrives 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. It is free on orders over $80. Expedited shipping is $14.95, or only $8.00 on orders over $80, and arrives 1 to 3 business days after it ships. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are $10.95, arrive 5 to 10 business days after it ships, with no free shipping. We ship within the United States for now.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes, until we generate your shipping label. Email support@wristraw.com with your order number. If you cancel for your own reasons, we refund your total minus the payment processing fee, the part our payment provider does not return to us, where the payment method allows it. If we moved the estimated ship date and you cancel because of it, we refund the full amount, shipping included. A preorder cancelled before it ships is refunded within 7 to 10 business days of your cancellation.

Is sales tax included?

Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address and shown as its own line before you pay.
