Shipping & returns
- Preorders: cancel before it ships for a refund of your total minus the payment processing fee. If we move the estimated date and you cancel because of it, the refund is full.
- Ships to the United States. International shipping: coming soon. Shipping $6.95, free on orders over $80. Expedited $14.95, or $8.00 on orders over $80.
- Changed your mind? Return it within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition: box in perfect shape, straw untouched, every accessory included. Defective or not working? You have 30 days from delivery.
- For a change of mind, the return label cost is deducted from your refund. If the product is defective or the mistake is ours, the label is free. With The Pair and The Crew, the included accessory goes back with the pack, and a single unit cannot be returned on its own.
- Refunds are issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return, once we have inspected it and confirmed it meets the conditions of our Return Policy. A preorder cancelled before it ships is refunded within 7 to 10 business days of your cancellation.
- 1-year limited warranty on defects in materials or workmanship.
